Mike has the patience of an angel. The wife and I had a ton of questions and Mike answered them all without getting frustrated and was thorough. I was beyond impressed with his availability, I shot him a text multiple times on weekends expecting him to get back to me on Monday but he immediately got back to me. Further, I let him know my schedule (I work nights) and he would regularly call me in the afternoon giving me updates on our progress and where we were. We have all worked with those people that give you one face and then once they lock you in and you're committed--you get the other side where you're completely ignored because "they got you"; Mike is not one of those.
